
Mike Gaffney serves as President of Ellipse World, Inc., where he leads global revenue operations, marketing, strategic partnerships, and customer success as the company accelerates worldwide adoption of its Ellipse Verification Code (EVC®) platform. He joined Ellipse at a pivotal inflection point for the payments industry, as rising card-not-present fraud and the emergence of AI-driven agentic commerce demand a fundamentally stronger security model.
Mike brings decades of experience scaling high-growth technology organizations and building world-class go-to-market engines. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles across enterprise SaaS and advanced technology businesses, including Salesforce, Yahoo!, and most recently as SVP of Sales in the Robotics division at Opentrons Labworks. He has repeatedly guided companies through rapid expansion, operational scaling, and category creation by aligning market timing, customer value, and execution excellence.
At Ellipse, Mike is focused on expanding global sales across card manufacturers, issuers, and ecosystem partners; strengthening strategic alliances; elevating category leadership; and supporting the growth of EVC ONE across physical, digital, and agentic commerce channels.
