About Wisecard
Wisecard was established in 2012 starting as a software solution company in the payment space. Over the years, they expanded to manufacturing top-shelf physical cards which includes some of the more premium metal cards available to issuers. Today, Wisecard's products and services include smart banking systems, EMV card issuance, mobile POS terminals, and even portable instant card issuance teller machines.

Wisecard has quickly become a critical partner with Ellipse in both the hardware and software side of the EVC ecosystem. Wisecard provides issuers with metal cards that are EVC-ready, as well as lending a hand in creating the mobile apps for the EVC smartphone environment.
